Fees

• $150 initial assessment
• $125 per psychotherapy session
• $110 per hour for psychological testing
• $125 other services/per hour

Payment

• Credit card payment only at the time services are received
• Private Practice does not accept or participate in any insurance plans
• Private Practice can provide a superbill upon request
